JP Concierge Service LLC was established by Latham, NY local resident, Jeanne Pinckney.

With a strong professional background in sales, customer service and a strong passion for organizing, she and her team are able to offer clients prompt professional assistance when needed.

Many people today are working longer hours and find it stressful to juggle family, work commitments, and still get the daily chores and errands completed. 

This is what prompted the creation of JP Concierge Service LLC in 2009.

As of June 2023, Jeanne’s husband Jay Pinckney retired from his 32 year position at Pepsi Cola Bottling and joined JPCS heading up the Handyman Division performing all aspects of home repairs! Jay comes with many years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and more!
